Les Mills has announced the launch of LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok 2026, bringing its iconic global fitness experience to Thailand for the first time, in partnership with adidas as Global Partner. Organised by Les Mills Asia Pacific, LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok 2026 is designed to position Bangkok as a leading fitness destination in Asia, delivering a large‑scale, high‑energy event that combines world‑class workouts, international Master Trainers, immersive music, and the power of community. The event will take place on 22–23 August 2026 at Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon, Bangkok.


Supported by adidas, a leading global sports brand, the event reflects a shared commitment to promoting active lifestyles and strengthening health‑focused communities. In Thailand, the event is delivered in collaboration with Index Creative Village Public Company Limited as its Local Partner, bringing together international fitness expertise and world‑class event production.


Additional support comes from key partners including Fitness First, Jetts Fitness, and Siam Paragon, reinforcing strong collaboration across the fitness, retail, and lifestyle sectors.


LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok 2026 will offer participants a large‑scale, festival‑style group workout experience, blending music, production, and the collective energy of a global fitness community. Representing a significant milestone for Thailand’s fitness industry, the event brings music, movement, and community together on one unified stage, setting a new benchmark for live fitness experiences in the region.


Participants will experience Les Mills’ globally recognised programs, includinBODYPUMP®, BODYCOMBAT®, BODYBALANCE®, and BODYJAM®. Developed using sports science principles, these programs combine music and movement to deliver workouts that are effective, safe, and enjoyable. They will also be among the first in the region to experience the latest innovations from Les Mills including LES MILLS CEREMONY™ and LES MILLS REFORMER™.


The event will feature more than 25 classes, led by international trainers and Master Trainers from multiple countries, alongside interactive zones designed to welcome both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts.


Beyond the workouts, the event will also feature a Fitness & Lifestyle Market, open to the public free of charge. This zone will bring together leading health, sports, and lifestyle brands, creating a one‑stop destination for fitness and wellness communities.


The event welcomes participants from across Thailand and overseas, reflecting the growing demand for experience‑led, community‑driven fitness events. By seamlessly integrating community, music, and performance, LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok 2026 reinforces Bangkok’s position as one of Asia’s fastest‑growing fitness hubs.


The launch comes at a time when Thai consumers are placing greater emphasis on health, fitness, and active lifestyles, while immersive fitness events continue to gain momentum across the region.

LES MILLS LIVE Bangkok 2026 is expected to attract over 5,000 participants from Thailand and around the world, featuring more than 25 classes led by international trainers. The event aims to strengthen fitness communities, promote active lifestyles, and further establish Bangkok as a regional fitness hub.

Tickets will officially go on sale on 22 April 2026 via Ticketmelon. Limited tickets available on a first come, first served basis.
